About Hallie

With the last name "Brand" and a heart for impacting lives through sustainable change, it makes sense that I help small business and non-profit leaders start, grow, and transition "brands". But how did I get here? It has certainly been a journey. I started Dot Products, as a school supply social enterprise, at twenty-two. After four years of successfully running the business, I was regularly being filled up by conversations with local leaders and global dreamers about business development, strategy, and implementation. It was through these conversations that I found an ability to use the knowledge and tangible skills I learned through four years in business to help others do the things they were being called to.

My first real foray into consulting came in the summer of 2017 when I connected with Jordan Walker and Rebecca Gasson, two young women working to start a malnutrition center in Haiti. Through our work together, Potter and Clay Ministries was born. I used the knowledge I had learned collaborating with non-profits through Dot Products to build a website, develop a fundraising plan, implement it, and raised the money for their initial needs. By the end of 2017, we brought a media team to Haiti and worked to build them a team that would consistently tell their story on social media and in their email newsletters. By the end of the year, we had raised them more than $70,000 for their initial costs. I was hooked and made the decision to transition Dot and pursue small business and non-profit consulting as a way of developing businesses globally. Since then, I've taken on a number of one-time and short-term clients, helping to clarify and grow existing and new organizations both across the globe and here at home.

Because each organization and individual I work with is unique, I build a unique package for each project. Sometimes clients can be served in as short a time as a coffee meeting, and sometimes our strategy sessions last up to six months. My goal is to make each interaction affordable, timely, and impactful, and I only take on a few clients at a time to ensure that you get the very best of what I have to offer.

On a personal note, one of the things I hear most often from the leaders I work with is that their organizations are taking priority over their well-being and personal financial health. I understand because I've been there. Because I believe you can't build a strong organization without a healthy team and leader, this is a key part of our conversation. If you're looking to build a brand at the risk of your health (physical, relational, financial, or otherwise), I'm not your girl. If you're hoping to develop a plan to create more rhythm and balance in both your personal and professional lives, let's talk.

I work with non-profits and small businesses to create a strategic plan for personal and organizational success and develop tools to implement that plan. I'd love to talk with you today!
